Sweet Novella Connected with Sutton's Way

THE STORY: Hank Shoeman is a musician seeking solitude when he finds out that a reporter is hunting him. Determined to protect the lead singer of his band from unwanted publicity, Hank kidnaps the reporter. He finds out, however, that he has actually kidnapped a veterinarian. Poppy O'Brien is a sweet, caring woman. When she is stranded with Hank, she soon finds herself interested in getting to know this prickly man. The question is whether either can trust a relationship that occurred so quickly.
OPINION: I liked this book because the characters were sweet and old fashioned. I liked that the story is really about the two of them getting to know one another. The story is uncomplicated and not too in depth or memorable, but I liked it as a one time read.
WORTH MENTIONING: The only sex in this book is in marriage and is not too explicit.
FINAL DECISION: I liked this book at a simple, uncomplicated read.
CONNECTED BOOKS: This novella is a sequel to SUTTON'S WAY. In SUTTON'S WAY, the heroine is in a rock band. This book features one of the band members and gives an update on the couple from SUTTON'S WAY. It is completely unnecessary to have read that book.

i would love to be kidnapped by this man. heart of gold loyal friend so loyal that he would kidnapped a women he thought was writting a story.. To be trapped in a moutin cabin taking careof him i feel in love myself. Diana palmer is a great writer i love all her books ..

This book was great. I like how he was hiding out to get some rest and instead thinks he is being stalked, abducted her and falls in love with her.
